  • 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp freshly ground ginger
  • 8 oz can whole water chestnuts drained, diced
  • 1/4 cup diced green onions
